Established in 1987, House of Fraser is the biggest, family owned and operated jewellery store in the Hills district with a range of services second to none.
The team consists of more than 30 people, hand picked by the family to help continue their tradition of service excellence.
It takes experience to know how to unlock the fiery beauty within a Diamond or precious Gemstone. Having no less than seven on-site jewellers, selected for their experience in jewellery and watch design and craftsmanship ensures customers get exactly what they want. The family purchase from the worlds best Gem centres, always on the hunt for captivating pieces to help their customers celebrate life’s significant occasions.

The store boasts it’s own Diamond Salon where customers can relax whilst going though the ranges before deciding on that important purchase.
In addition to hand made masterpieces and repairs, House of Fraser also stocks leading brands such as Pandora, Swarovski, Autore and our most recent brand Hearts on Fire "the world's most perfectly cut diamond".

No stranger to recognition, House of Fraser received a hat trick of awards including Castle Towers “2009 Jeweller of the Year”, Australian Jewellery Store Small Business Champions for NSW/ACT and Hills Excellence in Business Winner for “Excellence in Customer Service”. After what many agree was a tough year for retail, the team were delighted to be acknowledged for their tireless efforts.
