Diamond Selection

Our Diamond Salon enables you to take the time needed to explore the many options available and make a pleasing choice. Senior staff have the knowledge required and are happy to share it with you. You can select a piece in store from our extensive range or have one of our jewellers sketch a design just for you. We specialise in one-off designs that are finished to very high standards. House of Fraser provides diamonds from around the world including the Rand Diamond.

Gift Wrapping

No matter what the occasion, House of Fraser has the wrapping paper to suit. We will gift wrap any purchase on the spot while you wait to make sure that both you and the recipient are happy.

Insurance

Once you have found that special piece you want to protect it. We can arrange all your insurance needs and if the unthinkable happens, we will be there to assist you with your claim.

Lay By

House of Fraser provides lay by to help you get what you want in a timeframe that suits your budget. After making the initial deposit all you have to do is make regular payments either in store or over the phone.

Lifetime Battery Replacement

With every watch purchase from House of Fraser you will receive our Lifetime Battery Replacement Card, which offers the wearer a free battery change every time it is needed for the life of the watch. Just present your card in store each time and we will replace the battery while you wait.

Special Orders

If you can’t find what you are looking for in store, we will find it for you. As a member of the Showcase group we have access to an international web of suppliers. We will source the item you are looking for and ensure you get it at a competitive price.

Timepieces

House of Fraser has an extensive range of watches and clocks. We are one of the largest stockists of Grandfather and Grandmother clocks in Sydney. We have watchmakers in store to service your watch, change bands and batteries and pressure test your timepiece so it is always accurate. All purchases from our watch range receive a Lifetime Battery Replacement card giving you free battery changes for the life of the watch!

Valuations

When purchasing an expensive piece of jewellery you want to know your getting what you paid for. We have qualified Valuers in store and every piece you purchase is backed up by our Valuation Certificate.

Workshop

Our onsite workshop employs a team of experienced jewellers all highly trained and leaders in their field to ensure every job is completed to a high standard.
The services offered are vast and include;-
-      Soldering and link removal or insertion
-      Ring resizing
-      Stone setting
-      Cleaning and polishing
-      Remodelling and design sketches for hand made pieces.
