At House of Fraser we can arrange all your insurance needs and if the unthinkable happens, we can be there every step of the way to make your claim as efficient and stress free as possible. Special Orders
 When you have something specific in mind go no further than the House of Fraser. We carry a large range of stock from giftware and figurines to ladies and gent’s jewellery and watches. We also stock a wide variety of clocks, jewellery boxes, pens etc. But if you can’t find what you are looking for, we will find it for you. We are a member of the Showcase group of stores, over 250 jewellers throughout Australia who have banded together to ensure access to most available items and styles. We will source the item you are looking for and ensure you get a fantastic price – all part of the service when you deal with a Showcase store.
Gift Wrapping
No matter what the occasion, House of Fraser has the wrapping paper to suit. We will gift wrap any purchase on the spot while you wait to make sure that both you and the recipient are happy on their special day. Just another way we like to make things easier for you.
Lay By
Seen something you love but don’t quite have the funds to purchase now? Don’t worry, House of Fraser offers a
complete lay by service for all their customers. Just leave us with a deposit and we will take care of your item until it is paid off. All you have to do is make regular payments either in store or over the phone. Now you can have that item you have always wanted!
Lifetime Battery Replacement
With every purchase of a watch from House of Fraser you will receive our Lifetime Battery Replacement Card, which offers the wearer a free battery change every time it is needed for the life of the watch. Just present your card in store each time and we will be happy to replace the battery for you while you wait.
Workshop
At House of Fraser we pride ourselves on the quality and service we offer. Our workshop is in the store and employs 7 jewellers who are all highly trained and leaders in their field. Our state of the art workshop contains some of the most high tech equipment available and ensures that every job is completed to our high standards.
The services offered by our Workshop are almost endless,
and include the basic soldering and link removal or insertion, ring resizing, stone setting, cleaning and polishing. And range up to remodelling and designing and sketching one off pieces.
If you have any jewellery work to be done – no matter how big or small, our workshop can look after it for you and ensure you are totally satisfied with the job. Come in to our Castle Hill store or phone 9899 5848 and speak with one of our jewellers about your requirements today.
Watches and Clocks
House of Fraser is known in the Hills District for its large and extensive range of watches and clocks. We are one of the largest stockists of Grandfather and Grandmother clocks in Sydney and hold our Annual Clock display in September each year to showcase some of the amazing timepieces available.
House of Fraser has two watchmakers on the premises
who can service your watch, change bands and batteries and pressure test your timepiece to ensure it is always accurate. Drop in anytime and talk to our staff at the Repair Counter, they will be glad to arrange it for you.
And all purchases from our watch range receive a Lifetime Battery Replacement card giving you free battery changes for the life of the watch!
Valuations
 Purchasing an expensive piece of jewellery is a major decision for most of us and knowing that you are getting what you have paid for is always a matter for concern. At House of Fraser we have 2 qualified Valuers to ensure that each piece you purchase is backed up by a Valuation Certificate.
Diamonds
Step into the House of Fraser’s Diamond Salon and experience the way you should shop for diamonds. Sit back and relax as our staff pamper you and look after your every need. View our extensive range of glorious diamond jewellery, rings, necklaces and earrings and even shop for your wedding and engagement rings in comfort and style.
Choose from our extensive range or have one of our highly trained jewellers sketch a design for you. We specialise in one-off designs and pride ourselves on our quality of craftsmanship.
House of Fraser offers diamonds from around the world and are pleased to offer the Rand Diamond.
Corporate Gifts
Have us design a unique gift using your logo or choose from our large range of stock items and add engraving.
