Magnesium spray for restlessness during exams
Magnesium is a mineral that is found within

Restlessness can sometimes be a disorder to do with the nervous system that gives you the overwhelming feeling to move around. It can be in the form of throbbing, pain or an unpleasant sensation. Symptoms will often become worse when you are sitting still and concentrating just like you would be during an exam. If you have low magnesium levels, then most likely you will start to suffer from restlessness during your exams as you are sitting still and focused.
It can also wreak havoc on your sleep which in itself can cause distraction, agitation and tiredness the next day, which can all lead to your body feeling frustrated and restless. If you feel you may be lacking in magnesium, it may be a good idea to get some magnesium oil spray from your local chemist or health food store.
If you have exams approaching, then you can apply some magnesium spray to your restless arms and legs the night before to try and get a good nights sleep and then again about half an hour before you sit for your exam.
